Fenty Beauty
This ad is a mock-up using Adobe Photoshop along with Canva for Rihanna’s iconic makeup brand “Fenty Beauty”, promoting its identity and renowned lip products. I was inspired by the brand’s core values of empowerment and bold authenticity. Here I wanted to create a graphic eliciting attention and drama through a strong contrast between black and white and this striking red. The woman’s expression highlights confidence and as a whole the design embodies modern femininity.
Rihanna’s empowering quote served as the driving force behind my design capturing her unapologetic approach to makeup, but life in general.
Gaines Street Pies
This is a promotional mock-up for Gaines Street Pies, a local pizza place in the heart of Tallahassee, Florida. Their brand revolves around bold lines and a comic origin twist, which served as my primary inspiration in my design. I wanted to pull from their superhero identity and create a light-hearted comic strip with the tagline “Fuel Your Inner Hero”. This statement puts a playful approach on encapsulating their bold flavors as well as alignment with their quirky comic book theme.
